Your employer will transfer the following employment details to review by Better. This information will be used exclusively for the assessment of product eligibility and will be handled in accordance with our data privacy policy.

2. NRC Number 

3. Start Date of Employment 

4. Company Name 

5. Department 

6. Position 

7. Net Monthly Salary (up to 6 months of historical data) 

3. Ongoing Consent for Future Orders 

By agreeing to this consent, you also authorize us to request from your employer and review your employment information for any future orders you place on our portal. This allows us to assess your updated employment and financial status to ensure continued eligibility for our products and services. 

4. Data Privacy and Security 

All collected information will be stored securely and used only for the purposes outlined above. We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring it is not shared with unauthorized third parties. We will delete and destroy all your personal data within 3 months of your request subject to your order and payment status on our portal. 

5. Withdrawal of Consent 

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our support team at 0949238837 or hello@better.com.mm . However, please note that withdrawing your consent may affect your ability to use the Better Employee account, and you will no longer be able to place future orders through Better Employee, as this consent is essential for employment verification. We reserve the right to decline your withdrawal in the event that you have active orders on our portal.
